Welcome
PianoMagistra is a piano learning app designed for users of all ages, including children. By tapping “I Agree” and using this app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Children
Children should use the app under parental supervision. If the user is a child, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on the child’s behalf.
The App Is Provided “As Is”
PianoMagistra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions, or that any issues will be corrected.
No Obligation to Update, Maintain, or Support
We are under no obligation to provide updates, bug fixes, new features, technical support, or maintenance of any kind. Any updates or improvements are provided at our sole discretion and on our own timeline.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add, remove, restrict, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the app at any time and for any reason, with reasonable notice where practicable. No prior access to any feature guarantees future access to that feature.
App Updates and Expiry
The app may require periodic updates to continue functioning. We may disable, expire, or render unusable any version of the app at our sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
There is no guarantee that any version of the app will remain functional for any period of time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of learning progress, or reliance on the app’s continued availability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. When we do, the updated terms will be presented to you within the app and you will need to accept them to continue using the app.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
