Overview

PianoMagistra is a piano learning app designed for users of all ages, including children. Your privacy matters to us, and we have designed the app to keep your data on your device.

Data That Stays on Your Device

All data created by the app — including student profiles, learning progress, preferences, and scores — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of this data on external servers.

Analytics

We do not collect any analytics or usage data directly. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized app usage statistics through App Store Connect, which is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy. We have no control over and do not supplement this data.

Bug Reports

The app includes an optional bug report feature. Bug reports are initiated entirely by you and are never sent automatically.

Before a bug report is generated, the app displays a summary of exactly what information will be included. This may contain device information (model, operating system version), app version, display settings (language, mascot choice, dark mode preference), and recent diagnostic log entries. Bug reports do not include your name, lesson progress, or scores.

You must explicitly agree to share this information before the report is created. Once generated, the report is shared using your device’s standard sharing mechanism — we do not receive it automatically. You choose where and how to send it.

Third-Party Services

PianoMagistra does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with any third parties.

Children’s Privacy

PianoMagistra is designed to be suitable for users of all ages. Because all data remains on your device and we do not collect any personal information, the app does not raise children’s privacy concerns under applicable regulations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, the updated policy will be available within the app. If changes are significant, you will be notified and asked to review the updated policy.
